hi I know I don't come on the zone offen so many of you will probably not know me. But I want to ask if at leastt some of you might pray for me. I am struggling with depression. I feel like I am failing God because of it. I have just returned from a mission trip to Guatemala, but all the while out there I felt like everything was so hard. I am trying to lean on God as much as I can, probably more than ever before. If any of you would be able to pray for me I really appreciate it. many thanks, and many blessings. Philippa

Hi there.

I'm not a very religious person, but I know a lot of people who are. I think the god that you love and worship will love you just as much whether you have depression or not, and won't think less of you for struggling. If life is getting to be a little overwhelming, have you considered talking to a preacher or priest or whoever leads your local church? I'm sure they would be happy to help you and listen to what you have to say.

no, I won't pray for you, but I'll certainly hope you're able to overcome what you're going through. inner strength is what will get you through.
